Wat Chalong, Phuket’s oldest and most venerated Buddhist temple, is reflected in a lily pond behind the main chedi. However, times change, and after a recent remodel of the surrounding grounds, the pond is no longer there. However, it is easier to walk around and allows more room to sit and reflect on the temple.
